AEMET puts a provision of all its users weather forecasts at different spatial and temporal scales, both of general interest to citizens, and specific to a specific activity. Similar predictions at national, regional, provincial and local levels, as well as specific predictions for aeronautical, maritime, mountain activities, etc. AEMET maintains a continuous surveillance on the occurrence of adverse weather phenomena that can affect the safety of people and material goods.
