Los mapas climáticos se han generado por interpolación espacial de los datos registrados en la red de estaciones climatológicas de la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología. Debido al proceso previo de depuración, relleno de lagunas y homogeneización al que han sido sometidas las series de datos antes de su interpolación espacial y al propio proceso de interpolación, pueden existir diferencias entre los valores normales de una estación mostrados en su tabla y el valor normal del mapa correspondiente al punto de rejilla más próximo a la estación.
